Teams

Development League

The Development League is for beginners, the teams are informal, and the rules are more relaxed than in the higher leagues. It aims to give new and developing volleyball players, or those who are a bit rusty, the chance to get some match experience in a friendly league. We currently have two teams in this league and it is a great way to get into volleyball. 

Local League

• The Local League is the next level up from the Development League and is composed of teams from around the Norwich and Great Yarmouth area.
  
• Local League is a recreational league hosted at the UEA Sportspark every Friday. 
• The starts are 7pm and players get to experience competetive play amongst players of all levels.
  
• All teams are expected fully referee, score and line judge a match to ensure the night can go smoothly. 
• Respect must be given to the referees at all times!
  
• ​We currently have four Men's teams, two Women's teams, and six Mixed teams in this league.

Regional League

Eastern Region is a tournament for the surrounding regions, seeing players from Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and London.
These are held once a month on a weekend day. ​
