As most of you will be aware, the rules on how we collect data, store data and use data are changing on 25th May 2018. Our club takes our responsibilities extremely seriously and we are making necessary changes in order to comply with the new GDPR rules. Your privacy is important to us, for more details about how we use your personal data, please read our Privacy Statements.
If you are a member of our club we would like to continue sending you information that is relevant to you. This information may be concerning events, matches, trainings, newsletters, promotional activities and any other element of our club that we feel is necessary to share with our club members. In order for us to continue communicating with you we require you to confirm that you are happy for us to do so.
Therefore, if you have not already, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the following wording – "I wish to OPT IN to future communications by Norwich Spikers Volleyball Club".
Alternatively you can respond to our Facebook post about this topic with - I wish to OPT IN to future communications by Norwich Spikers Volleyball Club
Please note that if you do not do one of the above by the 25th May 2018 then you will be removed from our mailing lists and all information we hold on you will be deleted.
By undertaking the above you consent to receiving further relevant information from the club.
