Advanced Adults Training

Players in our advanced adult sessions are selected, when spaces are available, from our development adult sessions or those joining the club with some existing experience. Coaches look for the following when selecting new members for Advanced Adult sessions:

• Coachable. Trains with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, supports those around them and focuses on the session's objectives.

• Understanding and demonstration of proficiency in serving, defence, setting and attacking, on a consistent basis. 

• Committed to training, frequent attendance (context considered).

Several Spikers sub-teams that consist of players from out advanced adult sessions, they compete in the following competitions:

• National Shield

• Eastern Regionals (ER)

• Local League - men's, women's and mixed teams
