How do I get invited to Development Junior training?
Players in our Development Boys & Girls sessions are selected, when spaces are available, from our wider Junior sessions or those joining the club with some existing experience. Coaches look for the following when selecting new members for Development Junior sessions:
Coachable. Trains with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, supports those around them and focuses on the session's objectives.
Understanding and demonstration good initial progress in serving, defence, setting and attacking, on a consistent basis.
Committed to training, frequent attendance (context considered).
