Listen out for club Chairman Mark Johnston and junior members Becky Warrington and Rosie Mills-Smith, discussing Norwich Spikers and volleyball in the local area, live on future radio (107.8) this morning! 9am-12.

And dont forget......training as usual this week....7-9pm UEA sportspark, Haydn Morris sports hall. £3.50 for non-members, £3 for members followed by casual play 9-9.40. ALL WELCOME!!!

We have training as usual this week- Wednesday evening 7-9 training for everyone then 9-9.40 games or advanced training for those involved. Haydn Morris Hall, UEA Sportspark.

We also have the second round of development league starting this Friday (7pm-10ish) so good luck to everyone playing in both Spikers teams...team names to be confirmed! If you want to play and haven't got round to letting Sarah-Jane know, please email in as soon as possible or let us know on Wednesday!

Also, Congratulations to all club members who took part in the different teams in the Eastern Region tournament last week- by all acounts some brilliant play from everyone!
