Dear all,
 Seeing as the weather is looking good for this Wednesday we are planning on having an outdoor session from 6.30pm in the park. Hope you can all make it. The session will be going ahead unless it is raining and please do not forget that the cost of this is only £1!!!

P.S. For any Spikers men who are planning on playing against Medusa on Wednesday night please note that their session will not start until 9pm (due to the sportspark messing up the booking) so you will therefore have time to attend both the outdoor session and the Medusa session if you want to.

London 2012 may be drawing to a close but the legacy lives on........Feeling inspired by the Olympics and fancy giving a new sport a go? Or maybe hoping to get back into Volleyball? Come and join Norwich Spikers!!!

Throughout the summer, until the 5th September, there is no formal training run by the club, however on Saturday mornings (10am-1pm) and some Wednesday evenings (7pm onwards) outdoor courts are set up in Eaton park near the bowling greens. We would love to see you some come along and get involved. Please feel free to approach any of our players-we're a really friendly club and always welcome anyone of any ability to join us. Our head coach Tomasz or any of the club committee are also always keen to help or answer any questions. Outdoor sessions are £1 per person.

On Wednesday 5th September 2012, indoor training will restart at the UEA Sportspark, Haydn Morris hall. See our training page for more details and membership/session costs. All non-members welcome at the 7pm session. Members only training starts from 8.40pm with the mens team training for leagues and the women's height net simultaneously in use.

It's an exciting year for Norwich Spikers as we start preparing teams for local and development leagues as well as keeping our fun-play sessions going and seeing our club develop and grow.. Lots of socials will be coming up in the new volleyball year and possibly th chance to try out some sitting volleyball so keep checking in!

Please note the outdoor sessions are weather dependent-if in doubt please check here in the morning of the session for confirmation if it is going ahead. Notices will also be posted on the Facebook page (search for Norwich Spikers volleyball club) and emails sent around.
