Both Development league and Local League re-start this week on Friday night (27th April) in the Haydn Morris Hall at UEA Sportspark with matches in both leagues starting from 7pm. If you fancy taking part in Development league, please let Sarah-Jane know as soon as possible. If you arent playing but fancy coming down to cheer on the teams and watch some higher level games in local league we'd love to see you there- come say hi and soak up the atmosphere! Local league this week will include matches between Nomads, Medusa Ladies and Spikers 1.
Training will be on as usual on Wednesday night- Haydn Morris Hall, UEA Sportspark, NR4 7TJ. 7-9pm training then 9-9.40pm casual play. £3.50 for non-members, £3 for members. £2.50 non-member junior players. £2 junior members.
You dont need any equipment or experience to come along and give it a go- wear something comfortable you can move around in and possibly a bottle of water and we'll do the rest!
