Training tonight....Come along!!

SPIKERS!!
Training  tonight...usual time and place....open session from 7 with the fabulous Tomasz Morawski coaching then the members Mens  and Womens height sessions from 8.40 with the awesome Ann-Marie Matthews and Sarah Jane.
Cant wait  to see as many people there as possible.....what better way to end such a lovely sunny day than with a bit of volleyball with Norwich Spikers! :)

In other news...
We have been invited to join Medusa Volleyball club on Sat 23rd in Hethersett to play some friendly games of volleyball in the park. We're trying to get as many players as possible to attend and show off our skills! Its a great opportunity to promote volleyball and will be alot of fun too!
 The event will be held at Hethersett Memorial Playing field, NR9 3EF (next door to the premier Shop)

It looks like it will start from 11am until around 4pm and we hope to arrange a BBQ and some drinks too.
