Training Weds 18th July and Summer break

Dear all,  
Just a little reminder that tomorrow night's session will be the last indoor session for a few weeks so we hope to see lots of people at training!!! 
We are taking a short break and will be starting training indoors again on Wednesday 5th September.

 In the meantime we will be having outdoor sessions during this time but these are obviously weather dependant. Please would you all therefore keep an eye on your e-mails, the web site and facebook for updates. Due to the unpredictable nature of the English weather at the moment it might mean that the sessions will be organised on the day so be prepared to take your kit with you to work/school!! The session will obviously take place on a Wednesday if possible, however, if it looks like there will be good weather at other times we may hold a session at short notice on another day!!!  

You will already have seen that Tomasz is taking outdoor sessions every Saturday morning (10am Eaton Park) and these are open to everyone to attend. Please check facebook at 9am for confirmation if the sessions will run each week.
